Man gives husband money and comfort in exchange for sleeping with his wife.

This is happening in my compound as I write. It's the truest true life story you're going to find out here in the Ajah environs of Lagos.
My dad has a tenant who drives the vehicle of the owner of a successful orphanage across our house, whose name is referred to usually as Pastor.
This driver is being paid salary of (say N15k-N30k the last I heard) but here's the catch: this driver lives in a N250k, 2 bedroom rented flat, runs generator at least 7 hours a day (every freaking night), two of his kids attend a school that pays over N200k a term and some other mouth watering comforts.
How, you may ask, does this man, a driver earning not up to N50k afford this lifestyle?
The owner of the Orphanage, Pastor, virtually subsidies the drivers' entire living expenses from food, to fuel,  children's' fees and every other thing that makes their life sweet.
That sounds overly generous doesn't it, you may wonder. Could there be a catch? Who is this generous in the world, really?

Rumors confirmed to be in fact, truth from the driver himself claim that one day, he came back from one of the many long errands his boss sends him to on his behalf in the course of his job, only to find his boss,) Pastor coming out of his bathroom tying a towel around his waist!
He had been utterly confused and equally shocked senseless.
Save to say, he eventually discovered that the reason why the boss usually sent him on wild goose chase errands was to come into his house in his absence to sleep with his wife, who on the other hand was a willing party, considering all the help this "generous" man was showing her family.
This "arrangement" had been happening for 2 years.
The driver soon fought with his boss, exchanging blows and got sacked. Needless to say, the make-believe fairy-tale life began to quickly fall apart and in just one month, his wife had to go and beg for her husband's sake.
The driver got his job back and all the other add-ons that came with it. So what now was the new unspoken agreement?
I'll leave you to guess that yourself. Just note this: the pastor man still comes to their house regularly, and on many of such occasions, we see the Driver leave in work clothes once the boss comes in (leaving the wife and boss alone to do their business apparently).
So to cut the long story short, it appears the driver has realised the terms of their unspoken "mutual" agreement and has come to terms with it:
"I give you comfort and in return, I have unhindered access to your wife - deal? Oh, sorry, I forgot to tell you...you really don't have a choice, do you? Except you want to die of hunger."
And BTW, the Pastor guy is married with children and he and his wife fight regularly (in public) about it.
