Amazing Post
This is happening in my compound as I write. It's the truest true life story you're going to find out here in the Ajah environs of Lagos.
My dad has a tenant who drives the vehicle of the owner of a successful orphanage across our house, whose name is referred to usually as Pastor.
This driver is being paid salary of (say N15k-N30k the last I heard) but here's the catch: this driver lives in a N250k, 2 bedroom rented flat, runs generator at least 7 hours a day (every freaking night), two of his kids attend a school that pays over N200k a term and some other mouth watering comforts.
How, you may ask, does this man, a driver earning not up to N50k afford this lifestyle?
The owner of the Orphanage, Pastor, virtually subsidies the drivers' entire living expenses from food, to fuel, children's' fees and every other thing that makes their life sweet.
That sounds overly generous doesn't it, you may wonder. Could there be a catch? Who is this generous in the world, really?
